Earth Care Camp is a great learning adventure. It aims to develop in children a broader understanding and deeper feelings for the planet so they can serve as environmental role models and advocates for living things. It is an international program of the Institute for Earth Education in collaboration with the University of Arizona. It exists in 30 different countries with Resplandor representing Mexico and Central America.

This experience is designed for children from rural communities and the city to participate in the camp for 3 days and 2 nights, in the Natural Protected Area “Presa de la Purisima and its zone of influence”, accompanied by some parents and teachers from their public and private schools, giving continuity with activities within the school and home. This is a chance to live an adventure so that they have enough tools to live in harmony with the natural world and become responsible and loving citizens with the environment.
